The lack of new residential condominium projects along Katipunan in Quezon City, combined with the presence of major educational institutions, keeps Avida Land optimistic about the success of its latest development.
Avida Land, the mid-income residential arm of Ayala Land, is developing the P3.1 billion The Heights Katipunan, recently launched and set for completion by September 2030.
In a briefing on Tuesday, Avida Land chief operating officer Aris Gonzales said the limited number of high-rise launches in the area boosts confidence in strong unit sales.
The project will feature 33 residential floors with amenities including a swimming pool, meeting room, study hall, multi-purpose hall, and gym.
Avida Land is collaborating with The Buchan Group Australia Pty Ltd. on the building’s facade design, while incorporating security and safety features such as RFID access control, digital locks and closed-circuit television (CCTV).
The project is also designed to have heat-reducing materials and rainwater harvesting systems.
Gonzales said the project “continues to be a strong investment location, supported by its role as an education hub and its long-term residential appeal.”
“The Heights Katipunan is designed to serve both end-users and investors—offering efficient, climate-resilient homes that align with how people live, study, and work today,” he said.
